Day -2: In Los Angeles
May 4 Our first state line, crossing from Oregon into California. (Notice the snow on the far right.) We’re at the team hotel, where tomorrow morning we can get our bikes inspected and then pick up our other son, David, for dinner and an Angels game. May the fourth be with you!

Day -7: We’re ready
